Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the website, services, software, or products provided by PavionX Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("User", "Client", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to all of the terms stated herein, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our services.

PavionX Technologies provides a range of digital services including but not limited to:

• Web Development & Design
• Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS)
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Solutions
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping
• Cloud Computing & DevOps
• Digital Marketing & SEO
• Software Consulting & IT Support

The scope, timeline and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed between PavionX and the Client.

As a user or client of PavionX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not reproduce, duplicate or exploit any part of our services without written permission
• Not transmit harmful, offensive or disruptive content
• Cooperate in good faith throughout the project engagement
• Respect project timelines and provide required feedback promptly

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any payments already made.

All content, code, designs and deliverables created by PavionX Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the Client as specified in the Service Agreement.

• Source code and design files are delivered upon final payment
• PavionX retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
• Third-party libraries and open-source components retain their original licences
• Pre-existing PavionX frameworks and tools remain our proprietary property

All payment terms are governed by the Service Agreement. General billing terms include:

• A minimum advance payment (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed
• Late payments attract a 2% monthly interest charge after 15 days past due
• PavionX reserves the right to pause or suspend delivery if payments are overdue
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.

• All business information, technical data and project details are treated as confidential
• PavionX will not disclose client data to any third party without written consent
• Clients must not disclose PavionX proprietary processes or methodologies
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement

A formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) may be signed separately upon client request at no additional cost.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PavionX Technologies makes no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Guarantees of specific business results or revenue outcomes
• Warranties regarding third-party services, APIs or platforms integrated

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PavionX Technologies shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the prior 90 days
• Losses arising from third-party services or force majeure events
• Security breaches caused by factors outside our control

Either party may terminate the service engagement under the following conditions:

• Client may terminate with 14 days' written notice; work completed to date will be invoiced
• PavionX may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of terms or unethical conduct
• Upon termination, all deliverables completed and paid for will be handed over
• Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses survive termination

Refunds upon early termination are assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the Service Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.

For disputes below ₹10,00,000, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

PavionX Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

• Significant changes will be communicated via email to active clients
• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates
